Because all products are cosmetics applied to the lips and eyes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items for hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
