- We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
- Digital or gift card purchases.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nwadi Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. For such incidents, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
